Products and Pricing

• All products, including gel blasters and accessories, are subject to availability.

• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) or British Pounds (£) depending on your location.

• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

Age Restrictions

By placing an order for a gel blaster, you certify that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase and possess such items. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with local laws regarding gel ball blasters.

Gel Combat is a registered Limited Company in the United Kingdom. All transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)

In accordance with consumer protection laws in the UK and EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included (grenade hopper, battery, USB cable, and safety glasses).

• Items that show signs of use, or are missing the original "Exclusive Pattern" or "Gel Combat" branding, may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

• The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Consumables (bags of gel balls/gellets) that have been opened or soaked in water.

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper charging of the battery.
